While Revolution cannot be purchased, we are distributing it gratis. As the game is a modification (or "mod") of the game Neverwinter Nights Gold, you will need to acquire that game and install it on your network (Windows only) first. Once you've done that, you can install Revolution. Unfortunately we cannot support Revolution formally, but we will try to answer your questions to the best of our ability.

To facilitate the process of installing and playing Revolution, there is a good deal of documentation available for download as a .zip file here.

INSTALL and LOG-IN

  1. Install the full version of the game on your PC
  2. Updates should then automatically download from the web when you indicate "Update"
  3. Download "revolution.zip" from here. Save file to c:\neverwinternights\ and copy Revolution\nwn into c:\neverwinternights\nwn
  4. Create your accounts for multiplayer gaming

PLAY SESSION

  1. Start new Internet LAN game
  2. Under "Other Modules," select REVOLUTION
  3. Game will load
  4. Select pre-made characters/deselect pre-generated characters
  5. Choose one of seven [7] characters

    6. NOTE: Don't let people talk to Nick Hunter until all of the players are logged in.
